TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Client (referred to as “you” or “the Traveler”) and Wild Empire Discovery (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). They apply in the following situations:
    • When you book a tour, safari, trekking expedition, or any other travel service directly with us;
    • When you book through one of our authorized partners, travel platforms, or international booking agents.

By booking a trip with Wild Empire Discovery, either directly or via a partner, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline your legal rights and obligations while planning, booking, paying for, and participating in any of our travel services within the United Republic of Tanzania. Our 

  • COMMITMENTS AND REPRESENTATIONS

* We hold all necessary licenses and permits required to operate Kilimanjaro treks, wildlife safaris and cultural tours  within Tanzania.

* We are experienced in organizing and running trips, with a team of professionally trained guides and specialists.

* We provide accurate and honest information about all our services. We strive to avoid any exaggeration or misrepresentation in our marketing materials.

* We are a tour operator, and most aspects of our tours are organized and managed directly by us. However, certain elements like accommodation and flights are handled by trusted third parties.

* We are committed to supporting local communities in Tanzania through fair wages, sustainable tourism practices, and community projects.

  • RESERVATION POLICY

All reservations shall be confirmed by email from Wild Empire Discovery. Without such confirmation email, the reservation shall not be considered valid. Any modification to a reservation must be made via email.

Wild Empire Discovery reserves the right to cancel a reservation if, by the specified payment date, the client has neither completed the required payment nor established communication.

 

  • PAYMENT POLICY

 Reservation confirmation by the client must be accompanied by an initial payment, to be made by bank transfer in U.S. dollars to the company’s account.

To confirm the reservation, a payment equivalent to 30% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining 70% shall be paid 30 days before the starting of the trip.

If the reservation is made within three (3) weeks prior to the service start date, 100% of the total trip cost must be paid to confirm the services. No services shall be guaranteed without receipt of payment.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY 

Any cancellation made by the client shall incur a 10% administrative fee based on the total trip cost per person.

If a bank transfer is required to process a refund, any associated transfer fees shall be deducted from the refunded amount and shall not be assumed by Wild Empire Discovery.

        Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start date of the first service, all amounts paid will be refunded (except administrative fee)

        Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to the start date shall incur a charge of 50% of the total trip cost. 

        Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date shall incur a

charge of 25% of the total trip cost.

        Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date shall incur a 100% charge (no refund will be issued, as all personnel and necessary infrastructure will have already been contracted).
